Class 66/4 No. 66420 with DVT No. 82118 behind of the failed 13:30 Norwich - Liverpool Street on 16th September 2015 .The set arrived 30 minutes late due to a trespasser at Diss. On arrival Class 90 No. 90011 failed with an electrical fault and the set was terminated. The set was subsequently moved into Ipswich yard by the '66'.
