Class 45 No. 45045 "Coldstream Gaurdsman" parked next to Saltley Depot on February 27th 1983 after it crashed into a bridge on February 10th while working at Lawley Street. It was removed to Derby in March 1983 and was later withdrawn. Scrapped in November 1986.
