A northbound Frightliner after the rear end collision with another Frightliner at Worston/Shallowford south of Norton Bridge on 16th October 2003. The rear loco Class 86 No. 86611 Airey Neave shunted into the rear of the front loco No. 86631 and both locos were subsequently written off. Amazingly the driver escaped with minor injuries
