On 16th June 2015 due to the unavailability of the run round loop at Swanage station, Class 33 No. 33201 was used in the role of station pilot. On each trip the steam loco was removed adjacent to the shed and the Class 33 was sent to haul the coaches into the station. Here the 10:40 service from Norden has just been drawn forward by the Crompton
