Railcare Railvac Ballast Vacuum Excavator No. 9970 9515-003 is seen within the 11:09 Bescot to Toton engineering working passes Willington on 11th March 2015 behind Colas Rail Class 60 No. 60002 (unseen). Colas Rail have now taken over from DCR on the movement of the Railvac units in the North of the UK based at Doncaster, whereas GBRf arrange the Railvac Southern movements, based at Eastleigh.
