The ruins of Beeston Castle are a familiar sight above the Cheshire Plain between Crewe and Chester. An unrecorded EWS Class 37 heads the 11:17 Crewe-Bangor viewed from the castle with the small town of Tarporley in the background on 17th September 1997.
