For many years the mainstay of SBB traction and at the time the most numerous class, 3xClass Ae4/7 2-Do-1 locos are stabled outside Lausanne Depot on 2nd March 1994.The class were introduced were introduced between 1927 and 1934 and the photograph well illustrates the the Buchli drive on the centre loco.
