GB Railfreight Class 66/7 No. 66706 'Nene Valley' crosses the River Trent at Stapenhill, Burton-on-Trent on Monday 15th December 2014 with a rake of empty IOA-type ballast boxes in tow. A scheduled diversion of this train, 6M26, 08:50 Eastleigh East Yard to Cliff Hill Stud Farm Quarry meant that it traversed the sparsely-used Burton to Coalville section of the freight-only route via Moira West rather than its normal route via Knighton Junction.
