Replica Puffing Billy is run along the short track at the Beamish Living Museum, on 31st August 2014, prior to carrying out demonstration runs with the day's visitors. Originally built in 1825 by Robert Stephenson & Co of Newcastle, it was the first locomotive for the Stockton & Darlington Railway, with replica completed in 1975 for the railway's 150th anniversary.
