The secondman of visiting Class 40 No. 40106 prepares to exchange tokens with the signalman at Highley while working the 15:23 Kidderminster to Bridgnorth on Saturday 4th October 2014. This loco never carried BR blue livery, having been repainted green after overhaul at Crewe in the late 1970s, becoming a celebrity loco carrying BR green till it was withdrawn in the early 1980s.
