Crosti-boilered BR Class 9F 92020 awaits scrapping at Buttigiegs Scrapyard, Newport, South Wales on 13th July 1968. Built at Crewe Works in March 1955, the loco had been allocated to Wellingborough, Kirkby in Ashfield, Speke Junction and finally Birkenhead when it was withdrawn in October 1967.
