Freightliner Class 66/5 No. 66512 failed while working 6M78, 03:45 Immingham Import Terminal to Rugeley Power Station coal train on Wednesday 6th August 2014 and classmate No. 66561 was sent to assist the failure (understood to be in the Humberside area). The return working 4E82, 12:33 Rugeley Power Station to Barnetby Down Sidings empties are seen passing through Burton-on-Trent with the errant locomotive No. 66512 trailing at the rear with No. 66561 (out of view)providing the power. On the right is DB Schenker Class 66/0 No. 66232 passing in the opposite direction with 6V97, 13:45 Beeston Sims McIntyres to Cardiff Tidal, comprising of box wagons loaded with scrap metal.
