LMS 'Patriot' Class 4-6-0 No. 5518 is pictured on shed, possibly Crewe on an unknown date. Built at Crewe in February 1933, surviving until withdrawal in October 1962. In 1939 the engine was named 'Bradshaw' who was an English cartographer, printer and publisher. He is best known for developing the most successful and longest published series of combined railway timetables.
