Though the recently restored curve from Todmorden East Junction to Stansfield Hall Junction still awaits a regular service it is now used as a reversing spur for services terminating at 'Tod'. Here Pacer Class 142 No. 142051 regains the up road before forming the 14:55 departure for Wigan via Manchester Victoria.
