LMS Jubilee Class No. 45694 Bellerophon of Leeds Holbeck heads the 08:55 St Pancras-Edinburgh(later named The Waverley) shortly after calling at Skipton heads north of Skipton North Junction on 2nd July 1949. At the time the loco carried an experimental Apple Green livery.
