Class 31/4 No. 31441 in Doncaster Works on 30th September 1984. New as D5645 to 34G Finsbury Park on 1st September 1960 and under TOPS became 31220 in January 1974 before conversion to 31441 on 2nd May 1984. She was finally renumbered to 31541 on 3rd May 1990 and withdrawn on 26th May 1998. She was stored at Old Oak Common until cut up on site by Harry Needle during March 2002.
