Parked at the side of The Factory at Old Oak Common Depot on 18th August 1994 is Class 33 No. 33064(D6584). It can be seen that one of its cabs is very seriously damaged. This was as a result of a collision at Lingfield Station on 9th April 1994 when it was run into by an out of control 4-VEP EMU No. 3513.
