Class 143 Barclay/Alexander 'Pacer' No. 143017 at Newcastle on 24th January 1988. Built by Andrew Barclay from Alexander bus parts in 1985-86. The unit was renumbered to 143617 in 1989 after conversion to Voith hydraulic transmission and is with First Great Werstern in South West England.
