GWR Hall Class No. 4930 Hagley Hall was hired from the Severn Valley Railway by the GPO, to operate a 'Mail on Rail' charter, commemorating the introduction of a set of postage stamps illustrating the carriage of mail by rail. The train which ran from Birmingham Moor St to Stratford on Avon and return stands, at Birmingham Moor St on 22nd January 1985
