Class 37/6 No. 37601 passes Ipswich on a Colchester - Stowmarket RHTT on 8th December 2007 with classmate No. 37603 at the rear. New as No. D6705 at 31B March on 12th January 1961, it became No. 37005 under TOPS in February 1974, then being converted to 37501 on 25th April 1986 and finally 37601 on 31st January 1995. The locomotive is now operational with DRS at Carlisle.
