Class 47/7 No. 47745 Royal London Society for the Blind stands with Class 90/1 No. 90143 Freightliner Coatbridge and Class 86/6 No. 86635 at a wintry Ipswich stabling point on 30th December 1996. The '47' was new as No. D1967 to 86A Cardiff Canton on 16th October 1965 and under TOPS became 47267 on 16th March 1974 before conversion to 47603 on 31st December 1983. It was converted to 47745 on 11th May 1994 and withdrawn on 12th July 2000 at Toton. Finally, it was cut up by HNRC at Toton by 21st August 2004.
