Class 47/4 No. 47532 is seen heading along the Cheadle (Staffs) single line branch line from Cresswell (on the North Staffs Derby to Crewe route) on 28th March 1985 hauling special train 1L00, 09:03 London Euston to Cheadle, that was operated in conjunction with possible charter business linked to Alton Towers. The seven-coach train consisted of the following vehicles: PULR99129, Car No. 353, Car No. 347, IC6167, IC3132, M4943 and M4966.
