Class 47/7 No. 47760 dumped opposite March Signal box on 12th August 2008. The 47 blew a traction motor on a NENTA railtour returning to Norwich on 5th July 2008. New as D1617 to 16A Toton on 4th September 1964 and under TOPS became 47036 in March 1974 before becoming 47672 on 9th July 1991. The duff reverted back to 47562 on 12th March 1993 before conversion to 47760 on 25th March 1994. She is still in service with West Coast Railways at present.
