Madagascar is home to the only two surviving operational 'Micheline' pneumatic-tyred railcars. Here No.ZM516 "Fandrasa" is pictured at Vohimasina while working a PTG charter on 30th November 2013. The vehicle was built in 1952 by Carel-et-Fouche and is powered by a Mercedes 120 h.p. engine.
