Class 56 No. 56001 in ex works condition at Shirebrook on 4th February 1984. Built at Craiova Romania, the loco arrived at Harwich Docks on 7th August 1976 and moved to Tinsley. Taken into stock on 28th February 1977 and withdrawn on 18th September 1996, it was cut up at Cardiff Canton by staff from MRJ Phillips of Llanelly in May 1997.
