Carrying the livery of the United Steel Companies Ltd. and built in 1927 by Andrew Barclay & Sons Ltd., Works No. 1931 is seen at Rocks by Rail, Cottesmore, Rutland on 6th August 2013. No. 1931 was delivered on 27th August 1927 to the Foley Park works of the West Midlands Beet Sugar Co. and worked into an exchange siding now forming part of the Severn Valley Railway.
