On 29th June 2013 LNER Class A4 No. 4464 'Bittern' is seen at Fenwick while hauling The Ebor Express from London King's Cross to York. This trip was one of three where the locomotive was given special dispensation to operate at speeds up to 90mph and at the time of the photograph it is believed that the loco's speed was nearing this limit.
