Preservrd Class 86 No. 86259 Les Ross has become a familiar sight of late on the WCML but here it is on its inaugural trip since preservation on 1Z86 Les Ross's Daytriper Birmingham New St-Liverpool Lime St-Preston with Class 47 No. 47773 on the rear as they speed past Shallowford south of Norton Bridge on 1st March 2008.
