Yet again the Great Western Mainline has been closed between Exeter and Tiverton Parkway. Signifcant damage has again been noted on both the Up and Down Main line and the Branch Line to Barnstable. Devon and Cornwall Fire Brigade assist NR Engineers in placing a water filled bag to act as a dam against the flood water, sadly this morning the sheer volume of water moved it out of the way.
