DB Schenker Class 67 No. 67006 Royal Sovereign in its royal plum livery is pictured approaching Burton-on-Trent Station at the leading end of 1Q10, the 14:06 Derby RTC (NR) to Derby RTC (NR) via London Euston on a dismal afternoon of Tuesday 6th November 2012 with classmate No. 67029 Royal Diamond in silver livery coupled at the rear of the four research vehicle formation. This test train was running about 50 minutes behind schedule at the time and was due to traverse the high level to low level chord at Lichfield Trent Valley before proceeding along the West Coast main line to the capital.
