Stanier 8F 2-8-0,48502 at Crewe South shed, withdrawn minus smokebox number,shed plate and coupling rods on 11th June 1967.The 8F was withdrawn in November 1966 and scrapped in August 1967. I was at Crewe that day on a schhol trip (Tupton Hall Grammar,Clay Cross,Derbyshire) to the Works and sheds.
