Class 58 No. 58008 pauses for a welcome photo stop at Gainsborough Lea Road on 29th June 1986 while hauling F + W Tours The Plant Pursuer railtour from Plymouth to Doncaster for a works visit. The Class 58 took over the tour at Nottingham but being a freight loco did not have the electric train supply to work the air conditioning on the majority of the stock on what was a very hot day.
