Class 31/1 Nos.31155 in Railfreight grey and 31118 in BR blue livery stand at Treherbert carraige sidings on 29th May 1988 after arriving with Pathfinder Tours The Cymru Collier railtour from Crewe. 37694 was on the other end of tour and also visited Hirwaun Pond and later Uskmouth with 37284 before returning to Crewe behind the two Class 31s.
