GWR Pannier Tank No. 3650 arrives at Arley on the SVR. Having arrived on short term loan from Didcot railway centre just three days earlier. No. 3650 is visiting the line for around three weeks to make up a short fall of available 'home' locos, where six out of eight are currently unavailable for use.
