Normally a Class 66 turn, 6L87 Earles to West Thurrock passes through Elstree and Borehamwood station with a Class 70 No. 70015 providing the motive power. This is the first time one of this class has worked this train and possibly the first time one has been this far south on the Midland Main Line.
