EWS Class 66 No. 66177 is at the head of UK Railtours Peninsular and Oriental Ocean Liners 175th Anniversary Special having just arrived at Portsmouth Harbour Station from Victoria. The pasengers then embarked on the M.V. Balmoral for a cruise into Southampton water to see the seven P&O liners berthed there. The Passengers were returned to London that evening following the cruise.
