A DB ICE3 set passing Samtens Signal Box on test run on the island of Rügen on test run on 19th May 2012. Currently only IC trains run to the popular resort of Ostseebad Binz, but this may be in preparation to introduce ICE trains on some of the routes. Note the heavy traffic on the main route on Rügen, it only goes to show it is quicker by train
