Corfe Castle station plays host to a crossing pair of diesels during the Swanage Railway's annual Diesel Gala 2012. Class 50 No. 50026 Indomitable heading for Norden, crosses Class 27 No. D5401 which heads for Swanage on Friday 11th May 2012, and viewed from the aforementioned castle ruins.
