A VIAS FLIRT 3 car EMU, with a Northbound skirts the East Bank Rhine having just left Rüdesheim, the photo was taken from the West Bank at Bingen on 21st March 2012. VIAS operate the passenger services on the East Bank of the Rhine between Frankfurt Main HBF and Neuwied, known as the Rheingau Liene. On route the line briefly crosses to the other bank of the river in Kolenz.
