Class 158 No. 158797 arrives at Appleby with the 1049 Leeds to Carlisle service on 13th February 2012. Unit 158906 forms the rear part of the train. GWR Hall Class 4-6-0 No. 4979 "Wootton Hall" is seen in the grounds of the Appleby Heritage Centre and is a restoration project owned by the Furness Railway Trust.
