Class 55 Deltic D9000 Royal Scots Grey was on hire to Virgin, seen at Stenson Junction heading an ecs to Birmingham to haul a Footex to Leeds (apparently more Rail enthusiasts than Football fans on the train!) You can almost feel the roar from the Napier Vee engines, and the exhaust is emphasised in the cold February air. 14th Feb 1998.
