Probably carrying out one of its last travelling post office demonstrations at the GCR, GWR Hall Class 4-6-0 No. 4953 ‘Pitchford Hall’ powers out of Loughborough with the 10:25 TPO, during the railway’s ‘The Big One’ winter gala. Seen here on 28th January 2012, the locomotive, along with GWR 2-6-2T 5100 Class No. 4141, have been bought for the Epping Ongar Railway.
