Almost a centenarian, GCR Class 8K 2-8-0 No. 63601 catches the early morning light as it stands in Loughborough Yard at the start of the Great Central Railways winter gala. Seen here on 27th January 2012, the locomotive is probably about to carry out its last gala before retiring for an overhaul.
