Heading the final 2011 Torbay Express from Bristol to Kingswear on Sunday 18th September, GWR King class locomotive No. 6024, King Edward I makes a fine sight despite the cloudy weather (the sun was out 5 minutes before this!) in the classic location of the Dawlish Sea Wall. In view of the limited time left on the boiler ticket it may be a few years before we can enjoy this view again.
