Class 47, number No. 47479 with Class 20s 20087 and 20058 with Test Coach Iris bringing up the rear, in convoy after shunting their long rake of Mk1 coaches into the sidings at Corby in connection with testing in the Corby area. The platform is still there but disused and trackless, while to the right of the train is now where the new Corby station has been built. Exact date is unknown but thought to be May 1988/89.
