Class 47/4 No. 47559 being named at Laira open day on 25th April 1992. The Loco was named by myself (Andy Richards) after winning a draw organised by the Depot staff. My name was the 3rd name drawn as the first two were not in the crowd! The picture was taken of myself and Ian Cusworth (Depot Manager) just after the naming ceremony.
