Freshly painted into its new owner's colours, No. 56303 waits patiently in tail position for the connecting bus to disgorge its passengers enjoying the Greater GCR Diesel Gala. Metaphorically speaking, the GCR and the GCR(N) preserved lines were joined together for this joint gala on 15th May 2011.
