The Llangollen Railway Spring Steam Gala, held over the weekend of April 8 thru 10, celebrated the return to traffic of the line's iconic Manor Class 4-6-0 7822 Foxcote Manor following overhaul. One of its turns on April 10 was the 10:15 Llangollen - Carrog service on which it was pilotted by 56xx Class 0-6-2T No. 5643 as the pair approached Glyndyfdwy.
