The Manchester Museum of Science and Industry houses a small collection of locomotives of particular relevence to the region. Beyer Peacock product No. 3 Pender a 2-4-0T of the isle of Man Railway forms a delightful exhibit though sadly the opposite side from that here has been sectioned on 6th January 2011.
