Class 50 No. 50041 Bulwark seen here after derailing when entering Paddington Station London with the 2135 from Penzance Night Riviera Sleeping Car train on the morning of on 23rd November 1983. I was working in the Regional HQ, Paddington at the time and the photo was taken from a fire escape staircase.
